Instructions

1. Open MYOB

2. Click Banking

3. Click Prepare electronic payments

4. Update the Transactions From date (pay run start date)

5. Update the Transactions To date (payment date)

6. Insert the Date of Payment

7. Change the Description of transaction to Wages for fornight ending 14th July 2023

8. Select all Employees

9. Click Download bank file

10. Ignore warning, click Download bank file again

11. Save the file

12. Open file. Copy into Notepad. Save as .txt

13. File name = PRINTOUT Task 7 - ABA File
